Can they really get what we mean?
Once I thought it was never to be
And I opened my eyes for you
Realized faith had brought you peace
Fire in me rises again
As a phoenix, born from ashes
Mine are the rest of a dead heart
I always thought it was over
Until the day I forgot you
I saw the light, bright and so warm
I could feel it within my soul
The angel was flying away
In wonderland I met beauty
The green grass growing up
Daisies, dandelion
Perfume of memory
Enchanted land’s music
The nightingale forever mute
I found my belief
Still woe poetry
Rhyming as magic
And water falling
This was just a dream, I knew it
Hoped I’d never wake, once smiling
I hold you so tight, dream-fog
You hand touching mine, gripping it
My heart beating
My soul crying
Yours forgetting
In wonderland
